1. Create the escrow transaction on our website. Either party can do this. You will simply follow the on screen instructions and then click submit.
  2. You will now be shown the public escrow transaction ID and your secret key. You should save your secret key somewhere safe as it will never be shown again. The public escrow transaction ID will be emailed to you, but you should still take note of it. The other party will be emailed a one time link to generate their own secret key.
  3. If your the buyer, at this point you should click the check transaction status and then when prompted enter your escrow transaction ID, select buyer and then when requested enter the secret key.
  4. Assuming your secret key was valid you will now see the transaction status page. Here you will see some transaction information as well as be the be able to verify the sellers bitcoin address and pay invoice or deposit funds button. The sellers bitcoin address can not be changed once set so you should double check with the seller to confirm its correct and ensure they are able to login prior to depositing. 
  5. Once you have verified the seller can login and the address is correct, you should click the pay invoice/deposit funds button and then deposit the needed funds to the address shown. 
  6. Once the funds are deposited the status of the escrow transaction will change. At this point the seller should now check the escrow transaction and verify the status confirms the buyer has deposited.
  7. Once verified, the seller should now provide the goods or service and click the mark item as shipped. When clicked you will be prompted for tracking info oh the item shipped.
  8. Once the buyer has receive the goods or service they should check the escrow transaction status again and click release the funds. This will release the funds to the seller.
